Dear Sir,
As you are aware, I still live in the 60's(like my cohort).
Therefore, would it be appropriate for me to be excused from school?
Any excuse is my preference.
So, if shirking lessons is deemed contagious;I promise to self-isolate to mitigate peer spread.
All Take Care and Keep Well!
Since there was no Coronavirus in the Sixties, attending school in those days was no threat to community health. So you must attend.
ReplyDeleteOn the other hand, there was a movement at the time to Keep Australia Beautiful, which took the form of suggesting that certain people stayed at home, with the blinds shut and the curtains drawn, and under his sub-section of the Act, you may be excused.
Dear Sir,
ReplyDeleteI heed, accede and defer to your scholarly exhortations.
